Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return window under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is defective, damaged, or the wrong product/size was delivered.

There is a discrepancy between the ordered size and the size delivered.

The customer follows the required return procedure (see below).

Returns are not accepted if:

The customer ordered the wrong size (we provide detailed size charts on all product pages).

The product has been used, washed, or is not in original condition.

Return Procedure:

1. Email triboro.apparels@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.


2. Attach:

A mandatory unboxing video showing the product and defect clearly.

Photos of the product and outer courier package.

If it’s a size issue, also include photos showing actual measurements of the received item.

 

3. We will verify the issue and get back to you.

 

⚠️ Important Notes:

No returns will be processed if the product is damaged while opening (e.g., using scissors or sharp objects), unless a clear unboxing video is provided.

If the package appears damaged at delivery, please mention the damage to the delivery agent before signing. This helps us raise a claim with the courier company.

Reverse Pickup & Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 days.

The entire return process, including shipping, takes 2–3 weeks.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay once the product is received and approved.

 

No Product Delivered?

In rare cases of delivery failure or package loss, we will issue a full refund after confirmation from the courier service
